Rest assured that for the first few days the dog was in our apartment I did indeed give it food and water as best I could (she refused to buy dog food, so I fed him some rice and veg - I know its not nutritionally complete but at least the damn thing wouldn't starve). The problem was that she locked the dog in the bathroom the day I said I was going out of town to visit my parents for a week. I told her I would call animal control before I left because I TOLD HER I wouldn't be there to care for it, but she assured me the dog would be gone that day. When I returned it was not there (technically it was her "boyfriend"'s dog) But yeah, I was stupid and left the boxes in the living room instead of locking them up in my room with me. I learned my lesson, trust me! $500 worth of stuff *poof* Hey this is my story!!
