Tell him that waiting until he becomes a successful rapper is not a plausible way to proceed and he should get a job, any job. Eminem had a shitty job before he became a star. And then kick him out. He doesn’t sound as if he’s earning his rent free accommodation or earnestly making an effort to improve his lot (unemployed? Get a job. Can’t get a job? Do something to improve your chances of getting one.)

He could go insane from the crying and then kill your kid, or at best, write songs about killing babies. Why are you putting up with this guy? If he really is as bad as you describe, any sane person would have kicked him out long ago. Sympathy only goes so far.

He’s got no income, and he’s a roommate? Try squatter, toots. He’s got it made…free room and food, no responsibilities, and you’re just adding to it.
