And while I fully believe that anyone who asks "Do I look fat in this?" is obligated to suck it up and deal when they get an honest answer, it's also the polite and compassionate thing to phrase it kindly (i.e, "maybe you should wear this instead?") instead of just saying "Yup," and going back to watching TV or whatever. The screaming at the end was pretty nuts, though.
