Just imagine, she won't leave and refuses to pay rent. There is nothing that says she has to pay rent and yeah, you can get her kicked out but that would have been a lot of hassle for you guys and who knows how long it would take or how big of a mess actually going about doing it may be. I also think it was incredibly dumb on her end to move in without an agreement.
